Welcome to Enviro Auto Spa (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (enviroautospa.com), your purchase of our professional car care products, and your booking of our mobile detailing services.

By accessing our website, booking a service, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

1. Mobile Detailing Services

Service Delivery: Enviro Auto Spa provides premium, waterless mobile detailing services. Our technicians will arrive at your specified location (home, office, or estate) within our designated service areas.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide our technicians with a safe, legally accessible, and adequately sized space to perform the detailing services. While our service is waterless, we require enough clearance around the vehicle to work safely and efficiently.
Access and Permissions: If the service is to be performed in a restricted access area (e.g., a gated estate or corporate office park), it is your responsibility to arrange necessary access or security clearances for our team prior to the appointment.

2. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Bookings: All appointments are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from our concierge team.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service cost.
Weather Conditions: Because we operate mobile services, appointments may occasionally be affected by severe weather. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.

3. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Pre-Existing Damage: Our technicians will conduct a brief visual inspection of your vehicle before commencing any work. Enviro Auto Spa is not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, oxidation, peeling clear coat, or torn interior fabrics.
Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from your vehicle prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items left inside the vehicle.
Extreme Conditions: If a vehicle is deemed to be in a condition that requires significantly more time or specialized biological hazard cleaning (e.g., extreme pet hair, mold, or bio-waste), we reserve the right to adjust the final price or refuse service. You will be notified of any price adjustments before work begins.

4. E-Commerce & Product Sales

Product Availability: All orders placed through enviroautospa.com are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or discontinue products at any time.
Shipping & Delivery: We strive to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and our courier partners. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.
Returns & Refunds: We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your booking or order checkout will be honored.
Payment for mobile services must be completed upon conclusion of the service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure digital payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on enviroautospa.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Enviro Auto Spa and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
